In accordance with Executive Order #20-30, Governor Laura Kelly has ordered flags to be lowered to half-staff on all state buildings, grounds, and facilities effective immediately until sundown on the day of interment, in honor of Kansas State Representative Marvin Robinson, who has served Kansas House District 35 since 2023.

“Representative Robinson showed a commitment to public service throughout his time in the Navy and the Kansas Legislature,” Governor Laura Kelly said. “My thoughts go out to his friends and family during this difficult time.”

The flag order will be updated once the date of interment is confirmed.
