Former Kansas State Wildcat Coleman Hawkins has signed a summer league contract with the Golden State Warriors. Hawkins will start his pro career at the California Classic from July 5 to 8 at the Chase Center in San Francisco.
The Warriors will face the Lakers, Spurs, and Heat in three games, all nationally televised. The opener versus the Lakers will air on ESPN2, the Spurs game on NBA TV, and the final game against the Heat on ESPN+.
Hawkins is also expected to join the Warriors for the NBA 2K26 Summer League in Las Vegas from July 10 to 20.
A Sacramento native, Hawkins earned All-Big 12 Third Team honors in 2024-25 at K-State. He averaged 10.7 points, 6.9 rebounds, 4.3 assists, 1.8 steals, and 1.3 blocks per game. Hawkins led the team in steals, blocks, defensive rebounds, and minutes played.
