The Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks is offering special hunting access this fall through a free draw. Public Lands Regional Supervisor, Brian Serpan, talks about the special hunts.
He also explains how one can participate in these special hunts.
The first draw is on August 7th and this is for hunts in September and October.
