The Kansas State Fair celebrated its success this year with a total of 328,714 attendees over ten days, showcasing Kansas culture, agriculture, and entertainment. The first Saturday drew more than 51,000 visitors, the highest in six years, with the second Saturday attracting over 56,000.
The Nex-Tech Grandstand concert series saw its largest attendance since 2015, featuring performances by Wynonna Judd, Goo Goo Dolls, Casting Crowns, Riley Green, and The Oak Ridge Boys. The Demo Derby also set a new record with 2,947 spectators.
This year’s fair included a diverse range of attractions, such as the 25th anniversary of the Grand Drive Junior Livestock Show, live music, midway rides, and numerous food and commercial vendors. Visitors also enjoyed agricultural displays and educational exhibits highlighting Kansas’ history.
The Kansas State Fair looks forward to continuing this tradition in 2025, with the event scheduled from September 5–14.
