Kansas Water Authority Seeks Applicants for 14 Regional Advisory Committees Through September 30

The Kansas Water Authority is now accepting applications for all 14 Regional Advisory Committees (RAC) across the state.

According to the Kansas Livestock Association, committee members provide a local voice and help guide statewide water planning. Each RAC meets to discuss regional water issues and advises the Kansas Water Authority and Kansas Water Office. Committees include local stakeholders and water professionals from agriculture, industry, public water supply, conservation, and other sectors.

Applications to join a committee are open through September 30.
