The Kansas Department of Transportation (KDOT) is inviting public comments on a proposed amendment to the Federal Fiscal Year 2025–2028 Statewide Transportation Improvement Program (STIP).

The STIP is a detailed document that outlines all transportation projects administered by KDOT, including those funded at the state, local, or federal level. It covers projects on the State Highway System as well as those in cities and counties across Kansas.

The proposed amendment, which includes updates to the list of planned projects, is available for review on KDOT’s website at ksdot.gov.

As part of the amendment process, KDOT is holding a public comment period that will remain open through July 10. Comments can be submitted by contacting KDOT’s Division of Program and Project Management at 785-296-3254.
