Kelce Selected as Chiefs’ 2025 Man of the Year Nominee

The Kansas City Chiefs announced Thursday that tight end Travis Kelce has been named the team’s 2025 Walter Payton NFL Man of the Year club winner. The award honors players for their performance on the field and their work in the community. Kelce is one of 32 nominees leaguewide.

Kelce’s Eighty-Seven & Running Foundation and his partnership with Operation Breakthrough and Ignition Lab continue to support education and career opportunities for local youth. Since opening in 2021, Ignition Lab has served more than 1,000 students with hands-on training and mentoring.

Kelce, now in his 13th season, remains a major contributor on the field. He has 59 catches for 719 yards and five touchdowns entering Week 14.

All club nominees will be recognized during Super Bowl week. The national award winner will be announced Feb. 5 at NFL Honors.
