Larsen Promoted to Director of Volleyball Operations at Kansas State

Kansas State volleyball head coach Jason Mansfield announced the promotion of Fletcher Larsen to director of volleyball operations. Larsen, entering his fourth season with the Wildcats, previously served three years as a student manager.

In his new role, Larsen will oversee daily operations, recruiting, team travel, summer camps, and assist with video and analytics. Mansfield praised Larsen’s dedication, work ethic, and growing expertise in analytics, calling him a key part of the program’s success.

Larsen replaces Quinn Roche, who left for a position at the University of Colorado. Larsen said he is excited to officially join the staff and help the program grow as a Division I volleyball destination.

A Valentine, Nebraska native, Larsen graduated from K-State in 2025 with a degree in agriculture technology management. During his time as a manager, he contributed to 41 wins, including a record five over top-25 teams in 2023.
