Kansas State women’s golfers Alenka Navarro and Noa van Beek earned spots on the 2024-25 Women’s Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) All-Scholars Team. This marks van Beek’s third consecutive year and Navarro’s second time receiving the honor.
To qualify, players must maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.50 or higher, remain amateurs, and compete in at least half of their team’s rounds. Both Navarro and van Beek also earned Academic All-District honors recently, with Academic All-Big 12 recognition expected soon.
Navarro, from Mexico City, competed in 12 events with a 73.58 scoring average, ranking sixth in program history. She had a top-five finish and tied for 14th at the NCAA Championship.
Van Beek, from the Netherlands, played in all 13 events, averaging 74.29 strokes per round. She achieved a top-10 finish and tied her career-low 54-hole score at the Westbrook Invitational.
