Obituary-T.J. Hammond

T. J. Hammond left this world on April 26, 2025, after a relentless battle with Bipolar Disorder. Born on February 18, 1986, in Topeka, Kansas, T. J. began his journey of 39 years, 2 months, and 9 days.

T. J. graduated from Hanover High School, before attending Cloud County Community College bringing him to his life in Concordia, Kansas.

T. J. began working at the North Central Kansas Medical Center in July of 2009, where he met the love of his life, Kimberly, in 2018. This union combined T. J.’s “girls,” Bailey and Ivy, and Kimberly’s daughters, Madison and Ryleigh to complete their family.

Although T.J’s life was filled with extreme highs and lows, his intense love for his family and friends is unwavering. To have known T. J. is to love him. He made this world a better place with his music, art, and writings, but impacted everyone he ever met with his selflessness, compassion, and sense of humor. T. J. was passionate about everything, loyal beyond question, and brought a light into this world that death will not extinguish. His laughter and our memories with him will echo for eternity.

T J. was greeted in Heaven by his Grandma Hammond and Grandma Coffelt; grandpa, Po; mother, Robbie; dad, Jewell; and sister, Izabella. He will be greatly missed by his fiance, their girls, his siblings, nieces, nephews, great- nieces, great- nephews, family, and friends.

There has been a T. J. Hammond Memorial Fund set up at Citizen’s National Bank in Concordia, Kansas.

A Celebration of Life is in process and will be announced at a later date.
