On March 17th, 2026, Manhattan Parks and Recreation announced that the grand opening of Steel & Pipe Supply Ballpark at CiCo Park will take place on Saturday, March 28th.

The community is invited to attend the celebration, which will begin at 9:00 a.m.

Guests will be able to walk through the complex, explore new amenities, and visit with Parks and Recreation Staff.

At 9:15, opening remarks and the first ceremonial pitch will take place. Inaugural games will begin at 10:00 a.m.

There will be free hot dogs, chips, and drinks available while supplies last, along with a t-shirt giveaway.
