Pratt Area Humane Society (PAHS), a no-kill animal shelter, posted on Facebook to let the community know that it is overcrowded and desperately needs to find homes, rescues, or foster placements for many of its dogs.
A list of dogs that need adopted or relocated has been posted, and all are available for a reduced adoption fee of $50. Residents willing to adopt or foster are encouraged to contact the shelter directly. Adoption applications can also be submitted through the PAHS website.
Shelter officials say timely community support is critical to ensuring these animals can find safe, permanent homes.
