Realignment project to resume on U.S. 77 in Geary County

Beginning the week of March 20, traffic will be reduced to one lane with an 11-foot width restriction on U.S. 77 in Geary County as work resumes to complete the realignment of Old 77 Highway.

Work on U.S. 77 will begin just south of the U.S. 77/Old Milford Road junction and continue north to the north junction of U.S. 77/K-57. Drivers should plan on delays

Ebert Construction Co. Inc. of Wamego is the prime contractor and has scheduled this $10 million project to be completed in August, weather permitting.
