Marshall emphasized the importance of President Trump’s agenda for rural America, including deregulation and tariffs. He reassured farmers of the administration’s commitment to supporting agriculture, citing past relief provided during trade disputes.
“I just can’t emphasize enough my support for Brooke Rollins I think she’s just going to be an incredible secretary of agriculture I think she’s going to give us a loud voice. She absolutely has the president’s ear and I think she’s going to be great for Kansas agriculture and rural America for that matter,” said Sen. Marshall.
Marshall noted the administration’s focus on conservation flexibility and securing bipartisan farm bill support.
