Sperry Launches Ad Astra Commercial in Wichita, Aiming to Connect National Investors and Achieve $25M in Deals

A California-based commercial real estate brokerage firm, Sperry, has launched its first Kansas affiliate, Ad Astra Commercial, in Wichita. Led by local real estate veteran Will Harmon as managing broker, along with partners Brant Dumford and Andrew Barnard, and agent Johanna Kellner-Ledesma, the team brings over four decades of combined experience. Sperry offers services like leasing, investment sales, and property management, and features the unique SIRE Group, which includes a 3D printing construction arm and energy conservation initiatives.

Ad Astra aims to connect national investors with opportunities in Wichita and plans to attract large tenants across various sectors. The firm leverages Sperry’s network to stay aligned with national trends and assist property owners with development. Harmon will continue his residential work with ERA Great American Realty while focusing on commercial real estate with Ad Astra. The team seeks to support local clients and bring in regional and national investors. They have ambitious goals, aiming for $25 million in deals in their first year.
