The Tiger Sharks had a strong showing at the 2025 Clay Center Swim Meet last weekend. Over 30 swimmers from various age groups competed, earning top finishes and personal bests across individual and relay events.

Standouts included Will Crutcher (14), who took first place in the 50m freestyle, butterfly, and breaststroke. Eisaac Girton (17) won the boys 15 & over 50m freestyle and earned two silvers. Blake Bergsten (10) and Janessa Bergsten (12) each captured gold in freestyle, with Janessa adding a silver in breaststroke.

Young swimmers also made their mark, with 5-year-old Devlyn Knitter winning two 25m events. Relay teams earned multiple medals, including silver finishes in the Mixed 8 & Under and 9-10 Medley Relays.

The Tiger Sharks end their summer season with the final meet in Fairbury on June 27.
