Travis Kelce Confirms Return for 13th NFL Season

Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce has announced he will return for the 2025 NFL season, extending his career to a 13th year. Speaking on his podcast, New Heights, Kelce emphasized his love for the game and his connection to Kansas City.

“I still feel like I can play at a high level,” Kelce said. “Kansas City is home for me, and I don’t want to leave yet.”

Kelce holds Chiefs franchise records for receptions (1,004), receiving yards (12,151), and touchdowns (77). He has been key in the team’s nine consecutive AFC West titles, five AFC championships, and three Super Bowl wins.

At 35, Kelce recorded 97 catches for 823 yards in 2024. Looking ahead, he is focused on fulfilling his contract and continuing to contribute to the Chiefs’ success in 2025.
