K-State Director of Track & Field/Cross Country, Travis Geopfert, has unveiled the 2024-25 track schedule, which features five home meets during his first season at the helm, including four at the newly named Cliff Rovelto Indoor Track.
The indoor season begins on January 17 with the KU-KSU-WSU Triangular, the first since 2018, followed by the Thane Baker Invitational on January 18. K-State will then compete at the Red Raider Invitational in Lubbock, Texas, on January 24.
The Wildcats will return home for the DeLoss Dodds Invitational (January 31-February 1) and Steve Miller Invitational (February 7). Before postseason competition, K-State will travel to the Tyson Invitational (February 14-15) in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
The Big 12 Championship will be held in Lubbock, Texas, from February 28 to March 1, with the NCAA Indoor Championship in Virginia Beach on March 14-15.
The outdoor season begins April 4 with the John Jacobs Invitational in Norman, Oklahoma. Additional meets include the KT Woodman Classic in Wichita (April 11-12), the Oregon Team Invitational in Eugene (April 18-19), and the Drake Relays in Des Moines (April 23-26).
K-State will host the Ward Haylett Invitational on May 9 before heading to the Big 12 Championship in Lawrence (May 15-17) and the NCAA West Preliminary in College Station, Texas (May 28-31). The NCAA Outdoor Championship will be held in Eugene from June 11-14.
