Dickinson County Economic Development Corporation to Host Ribbon Cutting in Solomon Today

Today we will celebrate the opening of the new, state-of-the-art KanEquip, Inc. facility in Solomon, Kansas. All are welcome to attend. 

Please join us in welcoming KanEquip’s newest facility in Solomon with a ribbon cutting ceremony at 3:30 pm. sponsored by the Dickinson County Economic Development Corporation (DKEDC). KanEquip corporate leadership will also be in attendance.

Following the ribbon cutting, the facility will host an open house and tours. This is a fantastic opportunity to see inside and learn about their capabilities. There will be demonstrations by manufacturers and Farm Profit Sponsors.

At 6:00, KanEquip will host a RSVP-only Munson Prime Ribeye Steak Dinner from the kitchen of Abilene’s Munson Taphouse. 

At 7:00, a Farm Profit Seminar on Succession Planning will be presented by Kansas State University’s director of the Office of Farm and Ranch Transition. 

As previously announced, the move from Salina to the larger Solomon facility reflects the company’s commitment to enhancing its service offerings and meeting the growing demands of its customers in the region. KanEquip’s ongoing dedication is to serve the agricultural and construction communities in Kansas with top-notch service and a wide range of equipment options. The company remains committed to its roots in Salina, and expands its footprint to better meet the needs of its customers.
