The Manhattan Area Chamber of Commerce has introduced a new Youth Leadership Manhattan program to inspire high school sophomores to become future business and community leaders. Building on the success of the Chamber’s Leadership Manhattan program, this initiative aims to foster a pipeline of skilled and community-oriented young people.

Through workshops, business site visits, and community service, participants gain real-world experience that encourages them to engage in civic life and consider careers within the Manhattan area. The program strives to showcase local educational and professional opportunities, hoping students will see Manhattan as a place to grow both personally and professionally.
