A OneMarysville workshop will help service and retail businesses map every step of the customer experience—from first contact to loyalty—on Thursday, November 6, at Venue 36, 1195 Pony Express Highway.
The workshop, “Improve Your Customer Journey,” begins with a 5 p.m. social and continues with a 5:30 p.m. working session. Registration is $20 per person, payable to OneMarysville, and includes drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) along with heavy appetizers. To register, call 785-562-3101 or email wayne@onemarysville.com.
The workshop is open to the public; advance registration is requested and payment will be accepted at the door.
Participants will examine the full journey—awareness, consideration, acquisition, onboarding, activation, retention, and loyalty—with parallel approaches tailored to storefront retail and service-based businesses. Attendees will document what they are doing now, identify what they could do next, and align customer needs and wants with practical improvements they can implement immediately.
The workshop is structured as a working session—brief presentation up front, then guided exercises, small-group discussion and practical mapping tools. It emphasizes hands-on application rather than a lecture, with participants leaving with actionable next steps.
“This is a working session,” said Delaney Budenbender, OneMarysville board member. “We’ll look at the journey from first touch to loyalty for both retail and service, and you’ll leave with ideas you can try the very next day.”
