Alisha Brownell is bringing a scoop of happiness back to her hometown of Clay Center with her new business she started with her husband Simply Scoops. We had the chance to sit down with co-owner Alisha and she gave us some insight into the inspiration behind the business.

Before she was able to find a permanent location this summer she decided to take her business to the sidewalk and be mobile.

She then goes on to explain some of the hurdles she has had to overcome to make her dream a reality.
