ACT Clay County Performing Comedy Million Dollar Meatballs For Summer Play

ACT Clay County is finishing preparations for their summer play, Million Dollar Meatballs.

Auditions for the production took place at the end of March and roles were announced on May 18.

Director Jan Keim shares the plot of the story.

ACT Clay County will hold two performances of Million Dollar Meatballs by Todd Wallinger at The Rex Theatre in Clay Center. The first will take place Saturday, June 22 at 7 p.m. and the second on Sunday, June 23 at 2:30 p.m.

Keim said she prefers to perform comedies for the group’s summer plays. She said that finding a summer play that gives the audience a good laugh has been a priority for the past several years.
