A partnership between the American Legion Post #101, and the Clay Center Elks Club will be retiring American flags on Friday, June 14 beginning at 6:30 p.m. at the Hogan Arena in Clay Center.

American Legion Post #101 Adjutant Ron Francella said the ceremony will properly retire American flags that are no longer serviceable.
