CCCHS Lady Tiger Golf Competes at Salina Central Invitational

The Clay Center Community High School (CCCHS) Lady Tiger Golf team participated in the Salina Central Invitational at Salina Municipal Golf Course on Tuesday, September 10th. The tournament featured teams from across the region, with Manhattan taking first place with a team score of 301. Clay Center finished 10th with a score of 434.

Coach Dick Ahlberg noted the team showed some improvements but still left too many shots on the course.

Individual scores for the Lady Tigers were:

– Emma Frigon: 45-49 = 94

– Addy Graham: 55-54 = 109

– Ezri Catlin: 58-52 = 110

– Gabi Koppes: 61-60 = 121

The Lady Tigers will compete next in Wamego on Thursday at 1:00 p.m.
