Clay County Medical Center (CCMC) proudly announced that they received a prestigious 5-star cleanliness rating by Becker’s. This rating comes from the Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems survey. This survey gauges patients’ experiences with cleanliness and more during hospital stays.
CCMC’s Environmental Services (EVS) team, led by Rita Tiemeyer, plays a key role in ensuring a clean, safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment. Bryce Dolan, CCMC Planning & Development Director, said they are very proud of the EVS team.
CCMC was one of only 14 hospitals in Kansas to receive this distinct honor. The EVS team consists of: Rita Tiemeyer, Carissa Wachsnicht, Stacy Diers, John Diffendal, Kathy Newman, Emma Herrs, Elaine Hornbaker, Abigail Kelley, Carol Alexander, Christina Finley, Heather Robinson, Isley Lee, Janae Wolf, Jenna Fickes, Joni Begnoche, Kathy Cyre, Sharon Huffman, and Siarra Swingle.
