The Clay Center City band is back for their 108th season of weekly summer concerts. This year welcomes new band director Daniella Thrasher, who is taking over for CL Snodgrass, who had been the director for over forty years.
Thrasher says she has big shoes to fill, but is looking forward to keeping the tradition alive.
The Clay Center Band’s first performance was last Wednesday, June 14th, at 8 p.m. at Dexter Park, and they will perform every Wednesday this summer from now until July 26th.
