Clay Center Community Improvement Foundation Receives $1.59 Million Grant from Patterson Family Foundation to Support Multi-Generational Life Center

The Clay Center Community Improvement Foundation (CCCIF) is proud to announce it has been awarded a $1,598,431 grant from the Patterson Family Foundation to support the construction of the new Multi-Generational Life Center in Clay Center. This significant investment will help bring to life a transformative community space designed to serve individuals of all ages through wellness, education, connection, and support. The grant will be used to complete the building’s construction and to equip it with essential resources needed to fulfill its mission. 

The Multi-Generational Life Center is slated for completion in late 2026 and will become a hub for community collaboration, health and wellness, and lifelong learning.
