Clay County Fire Chiefs Plan For Kansas Wildfire Season

By Quinn O’Hara

Kemp said she tries to coordinate a Fire Chiefs meeting early each spring. She notes that wildfires have been more severe in recent years. According to Kemp, wildfires create confusion and chaos, and without a solid plan of action, the number of losses can increase exponentially.
