Clay County Medical Center (CCMC) is proud to announce an area-wide Diaper and Baby Wipes Drive aimed at supporting young families and welcoming the newest members of our communities.
Donations of unopened packages of diapers (all sizes) and baby wipes can be dropped off now
through March 31st at the following locations:
- Clay County Medical Center
- Linn, Clay Center, Clyde, Glasco, and Riley Family Physicians
- Mark A. Chapman Wellness Center
- Clay County Health Department
- Ray’s Apple Market
All donated items will be gifted to attendees of the upcoming Community Baby Shower on April 11th at CCMC. New or expectant mothers from over ten counties have been invited to attend the second annual shower. If donations exceed the needs of the event, surplus diapers and wipes will be donated to area nonprofits and shelters.
“Diapers and wipes are essentials, but they can also be a significant expense for young families,” said Development Director Bryce Dolan. “This drive is a simple way our communities can come together to make a meaningful difference.”
Community members, businesses, and organizations are encouraged to participate and help spread the word. Every package donated will directly benefit local families.
For questions about the drive or the upcoming baby shower, please contact Bryce Dolan directly at 785-630-2489 or visit the CCMC Facebook page for more details.
