Rural Development Group is set to break ground on the first three of seven new affordable homes in Clay Center.

The homes will be a part of the Moderate Income Housing Grant which is supported by the Kansas Housing Resource Corporation. Developer Austin Gillard of Rural Development Group shares more about the project.

The homes will be built near the intersection of Crawford and 13th Streets in Clay Center. Gillard said he hopes to have all seven homes completed by the end of 2025.
