In conjunction with the selection of Lincoln Elementary School Principal Matt Weller to fill a new public communications position, USD 379 and the Clay Counts Coalition have decided to hold a public meeting to discuss the new position with stakeholders.

Weller says that he will send a survey to those who agreed to attend the meeting. The survey aims to learn how individuals stay connected with USD 379.

Following the conclusion of the survey, Weller says a public meeting will be held to discuss the survey’s results with public stakeholders:

Weller also emphasized that the meeting is open to the public, and all interested persons are invited to attend.

By the conclusion of the meeting, Weller says the goal is to have specific action steps on how to move forward with community engagement efforts.

The meeting is set to be held on January 24th, but a location is yet to be determined.
