Neill-Schwensen-Rook Funeral Home, in partnership with the US Alliance Life & Security Company, will host two informational Funeral and Pre-Arrangement Seminars on Tuesday, November 26th in Clay Center. This first seminar will take place at the Funeral Home at 10:00 a.m., with the second seminar occurring at 6:00 p.m. at the United Methodist Church Family Life Center.
Keysha Chaney, Funeral Director, said these are very informative programs.
“We’ll have a very informative program on pre-planning, pre-funding, and other funeral-related aspects. Our funeral directors will have a couple of different stations ready to assist you with any information. We’ll have forms for KPERS, booklets to help with pre-need information, pre-funding information, life insurance information, and more. Come grab some refreshments, sit and talk with us, stress-free.”
The seminars are free to attend, with refreshments and a chance at door prizes. This informative seminar will detail the benefits of pre-planning. Chaney explained the importance of being proactive with funeral arrangements.
“For the sake of having your wishes known as well as easing the burden on your family. There is a lot of information needed and given all at once during arrangements, pre-planning and pre-funding can help make the process easier on your loved ones and it will allow them to focus on themselves and grieving their loss rather than running around gathering information and trying to decide the best way to pay for your service.”
Pre-registration for either seminar is recommended. Pre-register on the Funeral Home’s Facebook page under either event, or by calling the Funeral Home at (785) 632-3113.
