Next week, Sunflower crews will be working with an independent contractor to conduct aerial inspections of our high-voltage transmission lines in your area. These routine inspections are part of our ongoing efforts to ensure the reliability of the bulk electric system that supplies our Kansas distribution cooperatives, who in turn provide power to your community.
We want to inform you that these inspections will involve low-altitude flights using a gray N500RM helicopter, pictured above.
