Over the weekend, 11 athletes competed in the 3A State Powerlifting meet alongside 230 lifters from across the state. Standout performances included Nicholas Sprague in 6th place, Levi Hornkohl in 11th, and Justin Wright and Ethan Leitzel in 8th and 9th respectively.

Noteworthy achievements came from Eisaac Girton, clinching 1st in Squat and 2nd overall, and Cole Pladson, claiming 1st in Clean and 2nd overall in the 198-pound category. Rachel Friedrich secured 1st Place in Bench among girls. Additionally, Clay Center Community High School achieved 6th place in team results with a total score of 85 points.
