Rural Development Group broke ground on the first three of seven new affordable homes in Clay Center on June 10.

The homes will be built near the intersection of Crawford and 13th Streets and are a part of the Moderate-Income Housing Grant which is supported by the Kansas Housing Resource Corporation. Developer Austin Gillard of Rural Development Group shares more about the project.
