On March 27 the Wakefield library hosted a family craft night.

Participants were given premade kits with supplies to create shark shaped binoculars, paper craft monkeys, and painted pictures, said Wakefield Library Director Kim Orr.

The next Family Craft Night at the Wakefield Library will be held on Monday, April 15. Orr said she is working hard to increase the amount of programming and public events held at the library. She said Family Craft Night offers families a safe environment to spend time together and put their imagination and creativity to good use.
