The countdown to the new year begins early at Clay Center Presbyterian Manor as the community reveals the new 2026 Art is Ageless® calendar – a celebration of timeless inspiration and creativity.

Celebrate with us on Friday, November 14, 2025, from 10:30 – 11:30 a.m. at the manor, 924 8th St. in Clay Center, as we unveil the calendar and honor our local winners.

The works of local artists were chosen for the calendar from a juried art competition that included pieces from 15 PMMA (Presbyterian Manors of Mid-America®) senior living communities. The competition is part of Art is Ageless – a trademarked program of PMMA® that offers artists 65 and older the opportunity to share and showcase their creativity.

Selected artworks may appear in the calendar, on postcards or greeting cards, or in calendar’s Honorable Mention Gallery.

The first Art is Ageless calendar was published in 1981, featuring art from Presbyterian Manor community residents. Since then, the program has expanded to include a juried art competition open to all seniors age 65 and older.

Light refreshments will be served at the calendar reveal party. For more information contact Debrah Wood at 785-632-5646 or dawood@pmma.org.
