Arrest Made in Clay County on Russell Britt for Aggravated Burglary Out of Cloud County

The Clay County Sherriff’s Office arrested 41-year-old Russell Britt on two warrants for failure to appear and and for being accused of aggravated burglary charge out of Cloud County on Saturday September 24th.

Britt unlawfully entered a residence in Concordia in July with the intent to commit a theft. On that same day Britt stole a 2017 Ford F-150 Raptor, and broke into two other vehicles and stole a laptop.

Britt was subject to an arrest in February on charges of aggravated interference with parental custody, contributing to a child’s misconduct or deprivation, failure to appear and probation violation.

Britt remains confined on a bond of $110,625.00 in Clay County awaiting transfer to the Cloud County Detention Facility.
