Clay Co., Kan. — A Concordia man was arrested recently by the Clay County Sheriff’s Department on four charges.
41-year-old Russell Britt was arrested on charges of aggravated interference with parental custody, contributing to child’s misconduct or deprivation, failure to appear, and probation violation.
Britt had a warrant out for arrest from Saline County Sheriff’s Department for the failure to appear and probation violation charges. He has active cases in Saline County for criminal possession of a weapon and theft.
A bond was set for Britt at over $50,000.00.
