Citizens in Concordia and around Cloud County have reported hearing loud ‘booming’ noises, commonly in the late evening hours throughout December.

The Concordia Police Department has confirmed there is currently an active investigation into these incidents occurring, and persons of interest have been identified.  No other details have been reported at this time.
