Four Manhattan Residents Arrested for Fentanyl-Related Charges

Director Brian Peete of the Riley County Police Department spoke about the arrests they made related to the suspected fentanyl overdoses at a press conference.

The press conference followed the arrest of four Manhattan residents for fentanyl-related charges. Ronald Ince, 59, and Nathan Reeves, 37, were arrested for distribution of a controlled substance causing death and other charges. They are in jail with a $500,000 bond each. Caziah Self, 21, was arrested for distribution of a controlled substance causing great bodily harm and other charges. He also had guns and pills with him. His bond is $751,750. Daron Jones, 21, was arrested for distribution of a controlled substance causing great bodily harm and other charges. His bond is $250,000.

The arrests are the result of investigations by the Riley County Police Department and other agencies. Director Brian Peete praised the SIU and said they are working to find the source of the drugs.

Residents can report fentanyl information anonymously to Crime Stoppers or the Riley County Police Department.
