The Riley County Police Department say an investigation has been opened into a report of property damage in Manhattan on the morning of Wednesday, December 27.

At approximately 7:26 a.m, officers say a known suspect hit multiple street light posts near a busy intersection. Werner Semi and the City of Manhattan are listed as the victims. The estimated total loss associated with this case is $7,500.
