Fuller Thomas Bates of Concordia, Kansas, is now facing several charges after an investigation was conducted by the Cloud County Sheriff’s Office.

On November 13th, the sheriff’s office took a report of several possible crimes committed against a minor.

Bates, the Public Works Director for the city of Concordia, is being charged with the following: indecent solicitation of a child, commercial sexual exploitation of a child, promote/distribute obscenity, breach of privacy, lewd and lascivious behavior, electronic solicitation, contribute to a child’s misconduct, unlawful possession of a visual depiction of a child, domestic battery, and taxation, and selling cigarettes/electronic cigarette tobacco to a minor.

He was taken into custody on Monday, November 13th according to the sheriff’s department.
