On Friday at around 11:35 p.m., law enforcement filed a report of criminal property damage in the 100 block of Vattier Street in Manhattan. The victims listed in the are a 50-year-old female, a 53-year-old female, a 57-year-old female, a 61-year-old male, and a 23-year-old female. According to the report, an unidentified individual, driving a truck, struck multiple vehicles with a stick as they drove past.
