OCCK Inc. has partnered with LaundryLove.org to bring the Laundry Love program to Concordia, offering free laundry services to the community. Starting in February, the initiative will occur monthly on the first and third Wednesdays at Concordia Laundromat. Services will include access to free washers, dryers, and detergent, accommodating items such as uniforms and essentials.

OCCK emphasizes the importance of clean clothing for dignity, confidence, and independence, aligning with its mission to help North Central Kansas residents overcome barriers to independence. Kendra Krier, OCCK’s Vice President of Rural Outreach, highlighted the program’s role in empowering residents to pursue employment and community engagement.
