The plans for possibly building a new Marshall County Jail have recently taken a new path. Marshall County Commissioner, Keith Bramhall explains 

The proposal to finance the project has changed from a lease/purchase proposal which is paid by personal property tax to a sales tax proposal which would be funded by up to a one half percent sales tax.
