Manhattan Parks and Recreation has announced a celebration for the completion of the Manhattan levee improvements and the reopening of Linear Trail. The ceremony is scheduled for Wednesday, October 9th at 9:30 a.m. at the Linear Trailhead parking lot on Casement Road and Hayes Drive.

General parking will be available at nearby businesses along Hayes Drive, while the Linear Trail parking lot will be reserved for accessibility parking. A marked path will guide attendees from the parking lot to the ceremony area.
