Unemployment Rate in Cloud County Climbs to 3.3 Percent

The unemployment rate in Cloud County has now increased to 3.3 percent. This is up 2.7 percent since May, according to the Kansas Department of Labor. It has been up 3 percent since April.

Cloud County has a labor force of 3,806, according to officials. 127 people are unemployed, while 3,679 are employed in Cloud County.

Other counties, like Mitchell County, had the lowest unemployment rate at 2.3%. Republic County had an unemployment rate of 2.4%. Clay County had an unemployment rate of 3.1%.
