Dr. Erin Flair Named Superintendent by USD 378 Board of Education

The USD 378 Board of Education has announced the appointment of Dr. Erin Flair as Superintendent for the 2024-2025 school year. Dr. Flair, previously serving as Assistant Principal at Riley County High School, brings experience as an 8th-grade mathematics teacher at Riley County Middle School to her new position. Since January 8th, she has served as Interim Superintendent following the placement of former Superintendent Cliff Williams on Administrative leave. The circumstances of Williams’ departure remain undisclosed. Dr. Flair’s appointment reflects the Board’s confidence in her ability to lead the district. She has expressed commitment to fostering a supportive learning environment and will meet with stakeholders in the near future to discuss her plans for the district.
